SPRING // on the farm
Our farm and yard are overflowing with the colorful chaos that spring brings. We have new blossoms, snakes, fresh transplants, dogs, babies and sunshine. We can't wait to see it begin to grow. More posts about the farm here.

FEATURED // emma dime
We're long-time fans of Emma Dime and were thrilled to be featured recently on her Lovely Lady column. Check out the interview here and enjoy some outtakes below.
Did we mention Kelty is going to be having a baby? :) The shoot for Emma was a sweet opportunity to capture a couple of Kelty around 7 mos. and even a rare one of her with Farmer Green.

WORKING THEORY FARM // today!
You may have nibbled fresh WTF fare at local restaurants or perused displays of it at New Seasons, but today happens to be one day of every week that farmer Green shows up publicly to sell his beautiful vegetables. So head over to the Ecotrust building in The Pearl to say hello and buy yourself some fresh tomatoes, kale, cabbage, potatoes, broccoli, peppers and even some colorful zinnias for good measure (thanks, Kel).

WORKING THEORY FARM // harvest
I spent an early Saturday morning harvesting with Justin and it felt damn good. So good, in fact, that I'm scheming a way to begin every day out there. Swallows circling, bees buzzing, just me and my thoughts among the rows of food. I love seeing Justin's methodical steps; the magical order of events which involve knives, organic twisty ties, a scale, the counting and bunching, bins, rinsing, soaking and packing.
Not many people know that Working Theory Farm is literally run by one man. From the seeding to the delivery and everything in between, Justin takes such care and joy in every small step. Come out and help one morning and you'll understand how good it feels to be a small part of it.

VERILY MAGAZINE // behind the scenes
We were stoked to produce and photograph a fashion spread for Verily Magazine's upcoming June/July issue, inspired by the poetry and white dresses of Ms. Emily Dickinson. Enjoy some behind-the-scenes snapshots on Kelty's new farm, showcasing an array of local designers' goods, a talented crew of ladies and general photo shoot shenanigans. Be sure to keep an eye out for the debut print issue in the coming months...
